Patients who need to take medicines regularly will usually be given a re-order slip at the side of their prescription. Please keep this re-order slip and when you need more medication tick the item(s) you need and put the re-order slip in the box provided in reception.
If you enclose a stamped and self-addressed envelope with your re-order slip we will post your prescription back to you.
Alternatively if you indicate on the re-order slip which chemist you use, we will arrange to deliver your prescription to the chemist directly.
You may also order your repeat medication online once you have registered for this service.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
