Travel Advice and Vaccinations
Travel Vaccinations are no longer done at Chelmer Village Surgery.
You can get advice and vaccinations from your local pharmacy or travel vaccination centres.
If you need a copy of your previous travel vaccinations, you can find them on you Online Access, NHS App or email the surgery on chelmer.villagesurgery@nhs.net to request a copy.
