Your GP practice is unable to offer you a certification of COVID-19 vaccination, a vaccination passport or a letter to prove that you have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
These proof of vaccination documents have not yet been developed and as such cannot be provided by your GP. As soon as we have further information we will share it with you.
Patients in mid Essex can still access appointments with a GP or nurse in the evening or on a Saturday or Sunday. Please follow this link for full details.

If you need to be seen this will be at the doctors clinical discretion. The doctor will give you instructions to enter the surgery safely.
