Appointments – Online appointment booking has now been restored. These appointments are Telephone Consultation only, Please do not come to the surgery. A doctor will telephone or video call you. If you need to be seen this will be at the doctors clinical discretion. The doctor will give you instructions to enter the surgery safely.
Repeat prescriptions – We are asking all patients to:
- Register for online access by calling the surgery
- Email requests to chelmer.villagesurgery@nhs.net
- All patients will be asked to nominate a pharmacy.
